It is newly-formed villa with accommodation size of 20 beds + 4 spare beds.

5 x double-bedded room (2 x possibility of 2 spare beds)
2 x triple-bedded room
1 x four-bedded room

All rooms are equipped by FTV, bathroom with shower corner and WC.
For all visitors is disposable the self-existent kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, cooker, microwave, coffeemaker, sheathed-wire-element kettle), where guests can prepare breakfast or dinner for themselves.
At the ground floor there is the common room, equipped by TV, satellite and radio, which provides pleasant sitting for guests.
